Morning all, please see below playing squad for Sunday against S Gower, if any of the below players are no longer available please let us know asap.
Kick off time for Sunday is 10:30am on P2, so can all players please arrive for 9:45am sharp.
Please can all players bring their polo shirts to wear after the game, it is also Ben's Birthday Sunday, so Laura is cooking something special for after the match, so it would be nice if all the players could hang around for a bit to sample the food and celebrate Ben's Birthday.
We also have some players of the match medals to hand out for Carmarthen Quins and Pontyclun, along with the South Gower ones on the day.
