Squad Announcement Cup Final, Ystalyfera 16th April @ Glyneath RFC.

Evening all! As promised please see below the cup squad selected to play on Sunday, against Ystalyfera in the Swansea district cup final.

Firstly, apologies for the delay, but we wanted to look at a few players tonight before making our final decision.

It hasn't been an easy task, and we appreciate there are going to be some players who are going to be naturally dissapointed. However, we have decided on the following playing squad for Sunday's final.

Can the above players please attend training tomorrow @ the club from 11am, for our final run through before Sunday.

This has been a journey and we’d like to make Sunday special for the entire squad as everyone has had a part to play. So, we’d like all players that are available on Sunday to get to the club at 11am.

We will feed them and have a couple of games of pool with them.

We’ve got some videos of the season to share with them. We’ve ordered a bus that will collect us and take us to the final. We’ll have songs on the bus and will try and make the day an experience for everyone. The bus will be free and all players, whether in the squad or not should come.

Parents will make their own way to the game. We will then play the game and hope that the entire squad can enjoy the game. After the game we’ll have some fun in the changing rooms with more singing before heading back to the club. The bus will then collect us and bring us all back. Win lose or draw, we intend to have a ball. We hope to take as many kids as possible.

One last request, could all players please wear their tracksuits to travel and for after the game, this should include their polo shirts too.

Not long now, see you all over the weekend, hopefully it will be one to remember.
