For this exercise. You just need a wall and a ball and yourself. It's about hand-eye coordination.


You can actually hit the rugby ball at the right angle against the wall so that it comes back to you.


This is a real challenge. So if you get a bit closer, you make it easier.


It's about hand-eye coordination.


You can also use a tennis ball or a football.


Practice this over and over again.
