Morning all, just to let you know as a coaching group we have decided to give the team a rest this Sunday.
Its been a busy start to the new season, and we have already racked up 9 games played and with Pontyclun this Friday, and Porthcawl, Birchgrove & Llantrisant also in the diary for October, that will mean a total of 13 games played in just 8 weeks.
To put this in to context, there are some sections in the club that are only on 3 or 4 games played. So we feel the players deserve a well earned rest this Sunday to recharge their batteries and recover from injury, in readiness for our first cup match on 23rd October.
We still however have another big game this Friday against Pontyclun, so looking forward to seeing you all at training tomorrow @ 6:30pm.
